  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization Number and return shipping label.

  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include all accessories, and affix the return label.

  4. Ship the Item: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds
